Overview
Patient7 is a clinic management and electronic medical records platform used by over 5,000 clinics across Canada — specialising in podiatry and dental hygiene.
Patient7 had reached a stage of growth where its original site — built on a generic template with illustrative visuals that didn't reflect the actual product — no longer matched the platform's credibility or ambition. For a medical SaaS solution targeting clinicians and clinic owners, visual trust and product clarity are decisive. The challenge was to rebuild the site around the product itself: showcasing features, key stats, client testimonials, and a conversion-focused user experience — while remaining bilingual (French / English) to serve the full Canadian market.
Working closely with a member of the Patient7 team to define content priorities and functional expectations, we designed and developed a new WordPress site using a fast, optimised theme without sacrificing editorial flexibility. The homepage features a looping hero video from a real clinical environment — replacing the generic visuals of the previous version. Key product statistics (14+ years of experience, 5,000+ clients, 100% satisfaction) are prominently displayed. An auto-scrolling testimonial carousel showcases Patient7's growing community of clinics across Canada. The site was delivered with a WordPress architecture that allows the team to manage and update content independently — a key asset for a fast-growing software company.
